About part time job/internship

This position is for a real estate project in the capital, New Delhi. You will be working as a Sales Associate to promote and sell the project to prospect buyers.

1. Sales Process Ownership:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of a CRM system to effectively manage customer interactions, track leads, and nurture relationships.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market research, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Craft compelling value propositions and sales pitches that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the unique selling points of our real estate developments.

3. Client Interaction and Relationship Building:
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and establish long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations, effectively articulating the value proposition of our real estate developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive client experience throughout the sales process.

This position is in person, you are expected to come to the office during workdays. The office is located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The position can also turn into a full time role at the end of the internship based on performance.

- Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.

- Leverage technical skills to create engaging marketing collateral, such as documents, explainer videos, and other digital assets, to support sales efforts.

3. Ownership, Initiative, and Adaptability:

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, driving them forward with minimal guidance and exhibiting a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative ideas to enhance sales processes, customer experiences, and overall business performance.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
