Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, chat, and phone
2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of support resources
6. Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends to better assist customers
7. Contribute to the development of support documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles
