4. Familiarize oneself with Excel's advanced features to streamline and enhance the process
5. Design and implementing specialized templates for each product category, ensuring consistency and ease of use for future product additions
6. Explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Excel macros or other relevant tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
