Role and Responsibilities:

1. Handling civil and 138 NIA recovery matters
2. Attending and representing companies in court
3. Drafting and replying to legal notices. Submitting timely MIS reports
4. Ensuring all court-related records to be filled up to date
5. Good communication skills and can speak and understand Marathi
6. Solid understanding of litigation documentation, client relationship building, and court procedures

1. Knowledge of Civil cases and 138 NIA recovery matters

2. Proper Understanding of various laws and legal Metrology

3. Good in communications and inter and intra-department coordination skills
