As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services, generate leads, and close sales. Your primary objective will be to engage customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers.
2. Present product benefits and features.
3. Customize offerings to fit customer needs.
4. Maintain positive customer relationships and meet sales targets.
5. Keep detailed records, handle objections professionally, and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone
