Senior Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Establish strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing exceptional customer service
2. Ensure customer feedback is collected and analyzed to identify underlying customer trends
3. Make outbound calls to existing and new customers to promote products and services
4. Create customer databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
5. Provide necessary support to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
6. Drive the success of the sales team by providing critical customer service and insights

Required: Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English (spoken and written), Hindi (spoken), and MS Excel to develop long-term relationships with customers.
